SEMI-AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE - DEG.18.1

Professional machine Degrize for filling and sealing tubes from plastic, aluminum or composite materials(PBL, ABL, COEX, PP, bioplastic, laminated paper). Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, ideal for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical products cream, gel, paste or viscous liquid.

The equipment allows precise dosing (20-250 ml) and automatic sealing, controlled by touchscreen panel. May include mechanical punching, heated funnel with homogenizing system and additional sets of tubing diameters. Compact design and pneumatic operation ensure High productivity, low maintenance and quick cleaning.

How it works

The operator manually places the tubes in the dedicated slots.
The dosing system fills each tube with the set volume.
The end of the tube is preheated, sealed, cooled and punched (optional).
The tube is cut for evenness and discharged automatically.
