DEGRIZE® Industrial Technology is a company with 100% Romanian capital and probably one of the few factories in Romania specialized in the design, production and complete integration of industrial equipment and machinery for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and nutritional supplement industries.

Our factory is fully equipped for internal production. We have:

CNC lathe for precision machining;
CNC milling machine for the production of complex mechanical components;
CNC for sheet metal, rolled and bent;
Laser welding, argon, for clean and resistant joints;
Laser cutting for sheet metal and pipes, which ensures fast and precise cuts.

This infrastructure allows us to manufacture all parts, components and subassemblies of the machines internally, to intervene immediately in case of repairs and to offer our customers reduced delivery times and complete quality control.

For the line of machines intended for the production of dietary supplements, we collaborate exclusively with a single manufacturer in China, a top partner, with whom we have had a direct and stable relationship for over 15 years. These machines are designed and manufactured specifically for the European market, respecting high standards of quality, safety and performance.

After arriving in Romania, each equipment is checked, tested and technically adapted in the DEGRIZE® factory, to meet the specific requirements of our customers. The real quality of these machines is clearly superior to similar products sold online, the difference being visible both in the precision of the components and in the reliability of operation.

The warranty and service are provided directly by DEGRIZE® in Romania, through its own team of technicians and with parts, consumables and subassemblies almost permanently available in stock, which guarantees fast technical support and operational safety for each customer.

The DEGRIZE® team has over 20 years of experience in design, automation and technological processes. We offer complete solutions:

design and technical consultancy;
production, testing and commissioning;
integration into existing lines and complete customization;
fast service, maintenance and permanent technical support.
